Checklist: |
|
|
Distribute
General Post-Operative Instruction form to patient.
Include home stretching instructions. |
|
|
Schedule patient for initiation of post-MUA treatment
protocol. |
|
|
Weeks
one and two: 3 treatments per week to include spinal
manipulative therapy and MUA stretches. |
|
|
Weeks
three and four: 3 treatments per week as above.
Also, initiate strengthening and stabilization program
such as Super-Slow Program. |

Weeks
five through eight: 2 treatments per week and
continued strengthening program.
